You agree that BrightEdge may use such photographs and/or videos for any purpose without compensation to you.

  • How do I get a press pass?

  • How much does registration cost?

    A full price ticket for Share is $699. Check in with your CSM for special rates including early bird pricing!

  • What is included in registration?

    All activities, meals, and session at your select Share event are covered with the registration fee.

  • I have registered, but need to make a change to my registration. What do I do?

  • How can I register for events?

    We highly recommend that you register for all programming you wish to attend. All discussion forums will be posted to the site prior to the conference.

Meals + Accommodation

  • What meals will be provided?

    Breakfast and lunch are provided as well as post-event reception and drinks.

  • I have a specific food allergy or dietary need. Who can I contact about my conference meal?

  • Do you have special rates at hotels near by?

  • Are spouses or children invited to social activities?

    A badge is required to attend all Share18 events and activities. No guests will be allowed to attend.

Registration Substitutions:

Requests to substitute a registrant can be made to the event manager at ShareConference@brightedge.com.

Payment Policy:

Full payment is required at time of registration. Only American Express, MasterCard, or Visa credit card payments are accepted. The payment will serve as an agreement to adhere to the payment, cancellation and substitution policy clauses.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests can be made to the event manager at ShareConference@brightedge.com.

Code of Conduct:

BrightEdge reserves the right to refuse admittance to, or remove any person from Share18 (including future Share conferences) at any time at its sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to attendees behaving in a disorderly manner. We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free event experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, gender identity, age, race, national identity, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form.
