The Personalized Success Kit allows administrators to customize tasks based on new users’ role, goals, permissions and level of expertise. Sample tasks include reviewing the Help Section to get familiar with the BrightEdge platform, uploading keywords, tracking competitors, creating role-based dashboards and identifying keyword opportunities.
