  • What is the registration cost?
    The early-bird conference fee of $999 is in effect through July 31, 2015. After August 1st, the conference fee increases to $1299 until September 20, 2015 when it increases to $1499.
  • What is included in my registration fee?
    Your registration fee covers all Share15 activities, including access to sessions and exhibits. The fee also covers social activities, including the Welcome Reception on Monday, September 21 and the party on Tuesday, September 22. Breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, September 22 and Wednesday, September 23 are also covered.
  • I have registered, but need to make a change to my information. What do I do?
    You can modify your profile by logging in to "My Schedule" at the top of the page. Here you can change your personal information, and add and/or modify your session selections.

Hotel and Travel

  • Are there special hotel rates?
    Yes. BrightEdge has arranged a discounted rate of $299 per night at the Westin St. Francis throughout the conference dates. This rate is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and is available until September 1, 2015, or until the room block is sold out.
  • How do I make my hotel reservation at the Westin St. Francis?
    We encourage you to register with the St. Francis as the BrightEdge Share15 room block at the discounted rate is limited. Hotel reservations can be made online.
  • What is the weather like in San Francisco in September?
    September is one of the best months to visit San Francisco. The weather is typically warm and sunny with very little fog. Temperatures ranging an average 55-70 degrees Fahrenheit, with very little chance of precipitation. However, always have a jacket for evenings if needed.
  • Which airports are closest?
    There are 3 major airports in the San Francisco Bay Area, with San Francisco International being the closest. Distance and available ground transportation options are outlined below:

  • How do I request a visa invitation?

    You can request a visa invitation letter to assist in obtaining your visa to attend Share15. You must register for the conference prior to requesting a visa invitation. Please send an email to and provide the following information:

    • First name as listed on passport
    • Last name as listed on passport
    • Full name as listed on registration
    • Country of origin
    • Passport number
    • Passport expiration date
    • Date of birth
    • Full address of your local United States embassy/consulate

    Please note that by requesting a visa invitation letter, this does not guarantee that your local authorities will grant a visa to attend Share15.

  • What kind of content will be covered?
    Share15 offers 3 break-out tracks: Search Professionals, Content Marketers and Digital Marketers. Each track will have a series of sessions focused on the key issues facing each audience. As you register, you should feel free to look at your options within each timeslot and select the one of most value to you.
  • What is the format of the break-out sessions?
    Within each track participants will hear success stories and best practices from the industry's brightest stars. Within each session, there will be three key topics discussed and time for interactive discussions with audience members on how to apply learnings to address their specific challenges. Learn More
  • What are Hands-on Labs?
    We’ve expanded the program for Share15 adding two types of hands-on labs. BrightEdge Labs will allow you to focus on learning how to use the latest features and technologies of the BrightEdge platform. Sponsored Labs will provide you with the opportunity to experience firsthand how to harness the power of their products. Hands-on lab attendees will be required to bring their own laptops to participate in these sessions.
  • What are Discussion Forums?
    This is another addition to this year’s agenda. Discussion Forums are a venue for like-minded professionals to participate in discussions of hot topics relevant to them. During registration and prior to the event you have the opportunity to define topics of interest to you. The most popular topics will be highlighted into Discussion Forums and Lunch Table Topics. You will be able to participate in discussions of hot topics of the highest interest to you.
  • How can I register for sessions?
    We highly recommend that you register for all sessions you wish to attend. Registered attendees will be able to build their own agendas once the session schedules have been finalized. You can build your own agenda by selecting from a variety of sessions, labs and discussion groups during each time slot. All Discussion Forums will be posted to the site 4 weeks prior to the Conference. At that point, you will be notified and will have the opportunity to register for Forums of interest to you. Lunch Round Table options will be available for selection on-site. Pre-selecting your customized agenda will allow you to navigate the conference most efficiently as we will provide you a printed copy of your agenda at the event and you will be able to see by logging into the event site. Your selections will help us place the most popular sessions into the largest rooms but won’t guarantee you a seat as all sessions will be open to all attendees until they reach capacity.
  • I have registered for sessions but want to make a change. How can I do that?
    Once you have registered, you can modify your agenda at any time by logging in. Once logged in, deselect sessions you want to change and replace with other sessions.
  • How can I submit an idea for a session?
    We highly encourage you to submit ideas for Discussion Forums when you complete your registration for Share15. This input will be the foundation for shaping Discussion Forums and Round Table Discussions.
  • Do I need to register for the Party?
    Yes you do. This will be a high end evening with open bar and a full menu. You will need to register, so that we can determine headcount.


  • What meals will be provided at Share15?
    Breakfast and lunch are provided for the General Conference on Tuesday, September 22 and Wednesday, September 23. In addition, hors d’oeuvres will be served at the Welcome Reception the evening of Monday, September 21, and a full menu will be served at the Party on the evening of Tuesday, September 22. There will be no Breakfast or Lunch for the Certification training on Monday. If you are attending both Level One and Level Two Training, we have left adequate time for you to grab lunch at a nearby location. A list of locations will be provided at Registration.
  • Whom should I contact if I have special dietary needs or allergies?
    Please note any dietary preferences or allergies when you register for Share15.
  • Whom should I contact if I need special accessibility accommodations?
    The Westin St. Francis is fully ADA certified. If you have questions regarding specific accommodations please let us know during registration.
  • What is the recommended attire for Share?
    Attire for Share15 is business casual.
  • Are photographs allowed at Share15?
    You are welcome to take and post photos and short videos during Share15. Photographs and/or videos taken at Share15 by BrightEdge, or others on behalf of BrightEdge, may include your image or likeness. You agree that BrightEdge may use such photographs and/or videos for any purpose without compensation to you.

Registered attendees can check in at the registration desk located on the Mezzanine level at the Westin St. Francis.

Registration Substitutions:

Requests to substitute a registrant must be made to the event manager at no later than Monday, September 7, 2015.

Payment Policy:

Full payment is required at time of registration. Only American Express, MasterCard, or Visa credit card payments are accepted. The payment will serve as an agreement to adhere to the payment, cancellation and substitution policy clauses.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests must be made to the event manager at no later than Monday, August 31, 2015. Your registration will be refunded less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations on or after September 1, 2015 are non-refundable.

Code of Conduct:

BrightEdge reserves the right to refuse admittance to, or remove any person from Share15 (including future Share conferences) at any time at its sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to attendees behaving in a disorderly manner. We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free event experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, gender identity, age, race, national identity, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form.
